The online manual is everything that is…

The online manual is everything that is missing in the printed manuals...the pictures are clear and in color, and you can enlarge them to get a closer look. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it is online with no provision for downloading to a computer for offline viewing. Just my personal preference. It is possible to print out each section so that's nice. Maybe it should be 4.5 stars.

Haynes Repair Manuals has always made…

Haynes Repair Manuals has always made the best shop manuals. The new online manuals are quite handy and complete*. I appreciate the ability to print the pages that I need to use on the job site.

My only disappointment is in the wiring schematics. They are awkward to use and incomplete*. I have had to look elsewhere for the info that I needed and that is hard to find.

So the manuals are great except for the wiring schematics. If those could be improved that would be a 5 star rating!

Really good gift

I used this site to get a book for a relative. It came quickly and well packaged.

Negative experience with customer service and slow shipping

Although they respond quickly, communication with customer service is not good at all, in fact 3 times they gave me the wrong tracking number. They also don't have a telephone number to contact.
Shipping too slow, it took more than twenty days to receive the manuals from Australia to New Zealand. The manuals look good but I'm not sure if I will buy from this shop again.

Have always relied on Haynes manuals for my automotive needs. This latest one is no exception. Getting info online is all very well but having it on paper is essential when in the middle of a repair.

Save your money

The manual had no useful information for the vehicle I purchased it for. Total waste of money. The 14 Day free access to the electronic version was a joke as the manual did not exist in electronic version. Sent an e-mail to Hanes to find that fact.

Very bad description of the manual

Very bad description of the manual, I needed it for a ford diesel and that's what I searched for so I wound up with a repair book for a gas for the right year. Would never purchase from here again
